1. What is included in your local rental management service?
We offer complete management: creation and optimization of advertisements, check-in/check-out, communication with guests, cleaning, maintenance and administrative support. We can also adapt the service to your specific needs.
2. How do prices and commissions work?
We work with a commission only on the amount of confirmed stays, with no fixed costs. The cleaning fee is paid directly by the guest and is used in full to cover the cleaning service. The owner receives monthly reports with the performance and revenues of his accommodation.
3. On what platforms Hostiva publish my property and how manage reservations?
We advertise your property on about 20 booking platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and others, and we automatically synchronize the calendar to avoid duplication. We manage all communication and reservations for you.
4. Who handles communication with guests, check-ins, and cleaning?
